The directions we had for the hotel were terrible. Instead of going directly to the hotel off of Rt 26, then 5 then35 they had us take all these little side streets, SO we drove around alot more than we needed to. We are from Rhode Island so we are use to back roads and after you drive 5 hours to get to Maine, you certainly don't want to drive an extra hour to get there. We were very surprised with breakfast. We were not offered a voucher for breakfast and we booked our hotel in August. It was good but very pricey.

A lovely hotel near the Lollapalooza trail that brings you to the Jordan 8 lift. The staff was incredible! We loved that the staff handled our skis to/from the storage. It is a temporary service due to renovations, but it was one of the best experiences. We had a room with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances for cooking. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were also a hit. We'll definitely return.

It exceeded our expectations. The staff was great and they remembered our names from the beginning (that's rare since we don't have English names). The were so much fun things to do, like making s'mores at bbq at night or mixing your own mocktail or taste wild chocolate covered blueberries, all free of charge. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely come back.

Was very clean the staff was extra friendly and helpful even some having such a great memory they were referring to us by name . Beautiful location

Ski lockers, access to a lift right outside and onto the slopes, nice restaurant and good staff

The staff was exceptional with valuable input on local restaurants and even trail information for nearby hiking and sight seeing.

Studio room was great and stove was a big bonus. Hut tub, steam room and sauna were very nice after a day of skiing.

Central and clean. Nice pool although I wish it opened at 7am!!

Brandon and Jay were excellent from arrival to departure. All the little extras like smores and lemonade make a huge difference. We felt pampered.
